Permalink is important thing for SEO. By default wordpress set permalink like this http://blogicthink.com/?p=123. This permalink structure is not really interesting for Google to pay attention to your blog. With a little bit change you can set the better permalink. Choose the Custom Structure and then paste this /%postname%/, so you permalink will be show like this http://yourdomain.com/%postname%/
Some expert bloggers said that gets rid of unimportant words that do not go with the article will help your blog articles getting ranked higher. In making the work easier when you start writing a tittle post and get rid unimportant words you can easily use plugin (if you aren’t get minimize your job by making it automatically).
