Interview with Pavel Ciorici

Maybe its like a joke, but I curious, Why you named it Zenko, what its mean? Its like Japanese or something? ciorici : When I designed theme in Photoshop, I was looking for a “solid” name. First one that comes in my mind was “Kenzo” (i’ts a perfumes brand) But at least I modified a little the order of letters, and then I come to “Zenko” which I liked very much. There is nothing Japanese related you have made WordPress theme before, your first Yamidoo. Whats the basic different, what the advantage? Since your Yamidoo is quite amazing enough for wp themes. ciorici : I can’t limit to only one theme, once I can do more So that’s why I will continue to release more wp themes.. in Zenko, no tabbed widget on sidebar. You bring the widget to footer. and the most fantastic, the category post on middle of theme. This is modification from post+thumbnail on Yamidoo. Am I right? ciorici : was this a question? actually, each theme should be unique, shouldn’t? there are a lot of differences between yamidoo & zenko, each of themes was made from zero.. there is no similar code in them Ok, that designer answer This is must be interesting. What part you really loved from this theme? ciorici : I like very much featured content slider, and boxes with categories from homepage and the last questions, when you will release your next wp theme? Good luck wpzoom! keep a great job! ciorici : actually, right now I’m finishing the college, and I will be very busy, but I think in a month I’ll release the 3rd theme Thanks for your time ciorici.
